BEHAVIOUR + CONDUCT

At Studio 86, we maintain a fun and creative teaching environment while fostering mutual respect between instructors and students. We expect children to arrive punctually and ready to participate, ensuring optimal teaching and learning conditions. While behavioural issues are rare, we have established clear steps to address them if they do occur. These steps include verbal reminders and, if necessary, temporary removal from the class environment. Parents or carers will be promptly informed in such instances, and constructive feedback will be provided to encourage positive behaviour. We believe in acknowledging and celebrating students' achievements, reinforcing a positive learning experience through verbal praise and incentives.

FACEBOOK POLICY

In response to concerns surrounding social media, we have created a dedicated Facebook page for parents and students who wish to stay connected in this way. This account is solely intended for quick communication and inquiries related to the school, with no personal information shared. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our students, ensuring that photos or videos posted will never identify children by name. If any issues arise regarding the use of this account, please notify us immediately, and appropriate action will be taken to address your concerns.

PAYMENT

To streamline our payment process, we have implemented a convenient monthly subscription system. New students are offered a free trial session during their first week, followed by a settling-in period where classes are paid for on a pay-as-you-go basis until the end of the month. Subsequently, students are provided with a payment plan outlining monthly fees for the entire year in advance. Payments are due before the first of each month, and details can be found on our website's timetable page. We understand that circumstances may arise, so please feel free to reach out if you encounter any issues with payment. Please note that failure to pay fees may result in students being unable to attend classes or events. Additionally, we require one month's notice and payment for any class withdrawals. In the event of a cancelled class, alternative arrangements will be offered or fees will be deducted from the following month's payment.
